Tomorrow is the longest night of the year Reader, which is traditionally a time for reflection + rest while also being a day to celebrate the returning of the sunlight. Yay! Every day will be a bit brighter for the next six months which is super inspiring to me on these cold winter days! We will be celebrating all the magic + potency of the winter solstice at Wild Heart Herb House tomorrow, Friday December 20 from 12-8 pm with a Sauna Social, Winter Solstice Intention Setting, and a Community Guided Meditation! There will be an outdoor fire going all day for solstice intention setting rituals with evergreen boughs lovingly harvested at Haskell Gardens. We will provide all the supplies that you need and I will be giving demonstrations all day on how to send your intention out into the universe with winter solstice magic. It's fun, easy, and effective! I will also be leading a guided meditation for connection + support around the fire at 7 pm, something I think we could all use a bit more of right now. Sauna Social is $35 which includes time in the sauna + use of outdoor garden shower while tea, intention setting ritual, and guided meditation are free! The shop will be open for calm + cozy holiday shopping and stocking up on all the herbs and herbal remedies that you need to feel grounded and nourished this hectic time of year.
