Happy Friday Reader!

I'm so glad to see the sun today and am thrilled that the temps here in MA + RI will be up in the FORTIES next week! This has been such a cold winter and it will be so wonderful to see the first signs of spring popping up in the next month or so. I know some of you love winter so keep on loving it, it will definitely still be here for a while!

Despite frigid temps, we are having another warm, cozy, and fun week at Wild Heart Herb House! Each week there is something different going on whether its new products hitting the shelves, a unique Friday night community gathering, or other fun pop ups... and this week is no different!

We are open: Thursday 12-5, Friday 12-8, Saturday 10-3, and by appointment many other days + times. Just send me an email or dm on instagram to schedule!

Tonight, Friday February 21, is our monthly Open Mic Poetry Night with Anomaly Poetry from 7-9 and all day today + tomorrow we have a special Shop Nico's Closet - vintage, new, and gently used clothing sale, everything $5-20!

Poetry Night at Wild Heart is such a beautiful gathering of humans opening up their hearts to share art and innermost thoughts + feelings, its an honor to witness and provide the space for these gatherings. These events are free to open to everyone. You can share poetry or just come to sip tea and listen.

I will share with you this lovely message that I received from Sarah Ferreira, the poet laureate of New Bedford and the host of poetry night at Wild Heart, because I think it perfectly encapsulates the vibe of these special nights.

"I have to say, again - this little spot has a warmth and energy that are undeniable. We had two readers last month who had never shared their work out loud, but felt comfortable and sure they could be themselves in this space. Thank you again for opening your doors to poetry and poets. We’re so lucky to have this beautiful space."

And going on this week just for funzies and cause Nico has a realllll hard time letting go of things that have sentimental value, we will be having a clothing sale at the shop, everything $5-20 or make an offer!

Today and tomorrow there will be a rack of vintage, new with tags, and gently used clothing for sale including a brand new Free People dress that never fit me right, amazing wide leg vintage style Guess jeans from the early 2000's, and a floral print vintage kimono style top made in Hawaii! (seriously please come it will make me feel so much better knowing that some of my favorite clothing from the last 20+ years will have a loving new home!)

Ok ok this is getting rambly but two more things!!
