my summer obsession 💦

Hi there Reader,

Full disclaimer: I wrote this email a few days ago when it was really hot, this morning it obviously isn't! But still, it will heat up again and I stand by what I wrote below!

It's been hot and I'm feeling very full of life but also a bit frazzled at times so I want to let you know about something that has been really restorative and calming to my hectic summer... drinking jars upon jars of iced herbal tea!

Pick a flavor any flavor they are all sooo good but my favorites have been:

Wild Heart House Blend - loaded with vitamins and minerals, offering stress relief, digestive support, and pure yummmm. This blend has our name on it for a reason!

Tulsi, Rose, Milky Oats - heart opening, anti-oxident, cooling, and moistening to keep those summer burnt out feelings away. A hug for your heart + nerves!

Peppermint, Spearmint, Lemon Balm - delicious, cooling, and oh so minty this blend makes an excellent iced tea! Mix in a little limeade for pure plant perfection!

and of course our Summer Cooler! This blend is specially formulated with cooling herbs to lower your body temp from the inside out! Think hibiscus + mint, so good!

Simple Recipe: Use 1/3 cups of herbs per quart of water and brew as usual with hot water, letting steep for at least an hour. Even better - make in the evening, steep all night, strain, and enjoy the next day! Keeps for a day or two in the fridge. Serve over ice and add a splash of juice for even more flavor!

It's hard to believe we're approaching the autumn equinox, the halfway point between summer + winter solstices, but the changes I see out in the world are undeniable! Brilliant yellow goldenrod illuminating the overgrowth on the side of the road, mugwort in full seeded glory preparing for next spring, crispy hydrangeas, and bright orange pumpkins at roadside stands replacing the summer squash and cucumbers. But this time of year also has another meaning for me now... a time of dreaming and...

Hi there Reader! There is definitely a morning crisp in the air and it is getting noticeably darker in the evenings. I know to many of you this means your favorite season is upon us, but as a summer baby I can't help but wish this year's hottest days were yet to come! While I quietly mourn the passing of summer (it went by too fast as always) I also celebrate the bounty of the autumn season upon us, easy sleeping during cooler nights, and all of the incredible events that we have going on...
